The Goal of the Research

To deliver an essential piece of industry-focused research to better understand the shifting attitudes to culture, leadership, creativity, and hybrid work. We aim to uncover the key answers and insights that agencies need to know about themselves and the wider industry. Ultimately, we want to support agencies to become fit for purpose in this new phase of work culture

In brief, we are creating the definitive benchmarks for all the essential 'People' metrics in the agency sector (AgencyBenchmarker.) As a participant, you will receive a bespoke analysis of how you are performing in the key people and culture areas.
